Pordrän consists of drainage pipes surrounded by Pordrän balls—the same as those used in the Pordrän disc—which offer exceptional drainage capacity and eliminate the need for gravel or crushed stone.
Description
Pordrän help avoid costly labor expenses and environmentally harmful transportation. There is no need for gravel or crushed stone, as the drainage pipe is surrounded by Pordrän with a high porosity. The Pordrän balls are coated with a proprietary adhesive, which prevents the block from absorbing any moisture. Pordrän also contribute to effective thermal insulation. The most significant moisture problems are found in the lowest sections of the foundation structure. Effective thermal insulation that dries out and drains moisture creates the conditions for a moisture-proof solution.
