Earth pressure in clay soils

This table applies to clay soils with a density of up to 17 kN/m³ and a shear strength of 15 kPa at the point of failure. If you are unsure, always choose a sheet with a higher value and consult a geotechnical specialist.
When tamping, the soil compactor should weigh no more than 100 kg; otherwise, Pordrän sheets with a minimum hardness of P30 are required.
NOTE! For excavation depths exceeding 3 meters or on sloping terrain, Pordrän must be used instead of geotextile on the vertical sheets.

This table applies to soil with a density of up to 19 kN/m³ and a friction angle of ka = 0.31. If you are unsure, always choose a plate with a higher value and consult a geotechnical specialist.
When tamping, the soil compactor should weigh no more than 100 kg; otherwise, Pordrän sheets with a minimum hardness of P30 are required.
NOTE! For excavation depths exceeding 3 meters or on sloping terrain, Pordrän must be used instead of geotextile on the vertical sheets.
